Packaged Software Notice

For convenience, the CM EBS Plugin may include Oracle’s JDBC driver. Oracle software included in the delivery is provided subject to the Oracle Free Use Terms and Conditions (see https://www.oracle.com/downloads/licenses/oracle-free-license.html), copy of the license from driver jars is also included in ORACLE_FREE_LICENSE.txt. Flexagon does not provide, assign, or sublicense Oracle production rights, and disclaims all liability, responsibility, and obligations for any costs, fees, penalties, assessments, back payments, increased license fees, or other amounts incurred by Customer in any audit or enforcement action by oracle relating to Customer’s use of Oracle products, software, and services (including but not limited to Java, JDBC drivers, or any related components, whether such components are bundled with, integrated into, or used in connection with Flexagon’s software).

A list of Open Source Products distributed with Configuration Management 11.0 is attached to this page.

Offer for Source Code:
In Configuration Management 10.0, Flexagon has used the open-source products listed in the attachment.  If you want access to the source, you can obtain it by using the links.  Alternatively, for software that you receive from Flexagon that is licensed under an open source license that gives you the right to receive the source code, you can request a copy of the applicable source code by mail by submitting a written request to:
